Custom Instrument Panels As part of its Fine Tolerance Sheet Metalwork & Plastic Fabrication facility, Perancea also offers a bespoke Instrument Panel & Fascia service. The company has extensive experience in producing high quality, aesthetic panels in both metal & plastic for a wide variety of applications encompassing Audio & Hi-Fi, Automotive, Instrumentation, Medical, Process Control, Environmental Control, Meteorological & Architectural.
Panels can be manufactured from a variety of metals & plastics, as well as by customising lids, doors & chassis plates from the Perancea Standard Enclosure range.
Capabilities include fabrication, plating & painting, with the option of engraving, stamping & screen printing legends and other text and/or graphics.
Screen printing can be on clear or transparent panels as multi-layer overlays with close tolerance registration for precision alignment of the layers. For mounting purposes panels and fascias can be provided with integral threaded studs or bushes.
With a comprehensive superstore of tooling, built up over more than 30 years, Perancea can produce most profiles, shapes & cut-outs as standard for panel mounting components & instruments. For flush mounting fixings & components, holes can be countersunk, with apertures counter-bored or recessed.
